ASTRA is the next album in the "Reflective Series" of music for meditation, relaxation and healing.
 
Inspired by Star Gazing and the vastness of the Universe, ASTRA is the first cross frequencies album that I have produced.
 
PART I is recorded in 432Hz, the frequency which connects to the Universe and Nature, and starts off your journey into the night sky and to simply drift and let your mind and body be where it needs to be, no distractions, no sudden bursts of melody, just gentle soothing sounds.
 
PART II is recorded in 528Hz, the frequency of love and the Solfeggio frequency of healing. 
PART II takes you deeper and further out into the cosmos drifting in the soundwaves and taking your mind away from any stress.
 
PART III returns back to the 432Hz frequency and is the return journey back from the depths of the Cosmos and back from where the music has carried and supported you. 
 
ASTRA is very gentle, peaceful, healing and great for meditation and all types of alternative therapy.
